The Kenya Evangelical Lutheran Church (KELC) Youth Department is a key ministry established to guide, empower, and nurture young people in alignment with the Church's mission and the KELC Youth Policy. It is committed to fostering holistic youth development by addressing spiritual, social, economic, and leadership needs within a Christ-centered framework.
Anchored in Lutheran doctrine and guided by biblical principles, the department seeks to raise a generation of young people who are rooted in faith, grounded in Christian values, and actively engaged in the life and mission of the Church. It promotes discipleship, spiritual growth, and active participation in worship, evangelism, and service.

The Youth Coordinator oversees the implementation of policy-driven programs, strengthens partnerships, and ensures accountability and sustainability of youth initiatives across all levels.
