At the end of April, Naserian mission area held a spiritual celebration to commemorate their Christian faith and their Masai tradition. Over 500 people gathered together over 5 days to sing, dance, pray, and reflect. A traditional Masai prophet was one of the honored guests. He and his colleagues preached numerous messages to the crowd. Several KELC pastors and evangelists were also present for the celebration; they gave sermons, lead songs, and joined in the celebration. Bishop Zachariah Kahuthu was in attendance as well. He preached, discussed issues of the church, and baptized several adults and children.
Below are some pictures from the event. KELC rejoices in the celebration of faith and heritage present in this Masai gathering.
